Once the delivery is scheduled, you receive a confirmation call from our store where we provide you the time frame accordingly. We recommend measuring the place’s area where the furniture items need to be delivered to avoid any issues at the time of delivery. We do not take away the packaging.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a phone call with your 4-hour time frame. You can contact the store during store hours at 416-674-1833 if you have any delivery-related concerns.
To pick up your product, you must have a valid ID and the sales bill or receipt. Please be aware that we will imprint your credit card and that you will be needed to sign with the cardholder.
Products that are picked up sometimes come in cartons and need to be assembled. We are unable to unpack cartons or assemble merchandise for you at our distribution facility due to the nature of goods supplied in cartons.
Please make sure that your vehicle can fit the size of the goods you want to pick up. It is not our responsibility to load, secure, or convey goods to your house in a secure manner. We are unable to accept returns for merchandise due to transit damage, which is not covered by the guarantee.
